Hello I am 25 years old and I am 4"8. I desperately have been bullied and picked on since childhood about my height and to many people who like to tease me call me such horrible heartbreaking names. Can anyone tell me or help me on how to increase my height and grow taller. I need help really bad, I need this miracle to happen. I need to know true facts that really work and show true results and won't fade away. I need to be taller. Help please. What really truly works.

I want to try some drug for gaining height but I'm afraid that it might have some undesirable side effects. So are there any other ways out there to increase my height?
I'm 5'7 by the way, but I still feel short for a male. I heard of Height Max before, and I don't really trust it.
I'm 18 and rarely consume caffine and never use steroid.
Can I still be active if I get my legs lenghthened? Like play soccer, jogging, etc.
