Does straightening your spine really increase height?
I read somewhere that if you do spine,lower back,back, etc stretches/exercises, it would increase your height. Does it really increase your height or does it just make you more flexible?

how can i grow taller?
This may seem an extremely stupid answer but i have been asking myself this question for a while. First of all I am under 18. i am 1,64 m and i want to be atleast 1,70 m i would be happy with 1,69m is there any way that i can grow taller? exercises calcium stuff anything that would help. i do ballet and modern dance now so i am always doing jumps and changements and all the ballet stuff. i also do yoga so i am always stretching but is there anyway that i can see results i don’t care how long it takes.
please don’t answer high heels because honestly i tried it. makes me feel taller but at the end of the day i feel short.

i am just tuned 15 a couple of days ago. and most of the people from my mother’s side of the family are pretty tall. my mother’s brother is 1′90 her other brother is 1′85 and her sister is 1′70 both my grandparents are tall from both sides of the family. my mother is the only short one in the whole family 1′64 and my dad i 1′75 m
since i was a little girl whenever i went to my pediatrician and he saw the booklets to see if i was growing well he always said that i was really above average hight at the ages he saw me.
so is it possible for me to grow taller if i have such tall people in the family. can i still have a growth spert and just grow taller?

Is this a big height difference?
My boyfriend is 1 and a half to 2 inches taller than me without shoes (im around 5′9). Is this a big difference? I was thinking about buying elevator shoes to make me 2.75 inches taller but is it worth it? He says he dont care at all and that it means nothing to him but i dont know…
P.S. i am 16 (will i grow taller)

Worlds Tallest Mohawk – Omaha NE
Eric Hahn set the Guinness World Record for Tallest Mohawk in Omaha Nebraska on 11/14/2008. The Mohawk was done by two student stylists at Capitol School of Hairstyling. Eric did this not only for the World Record but for charity. His cut hair has been donated to Locks of Love and money from sponsored events went to Project Nightlights – both charities were children's charities. Notes: –Eric did not raise the Mohawk as a fashion statement and does not wear it around daily. –Only hair spray was used and allowed by the world record rules. –He had to do a lot of work to get the official paperwork done, sponsorship, and media for this event. If you have seen a taller Mohawk, good on ya, but Eric did what it took to get it in the books. And did it for charity – not as a fashion statement. –Eric is a guitarist in the rock/punk band The Filthy Few –This video has been broadcast all over the world on many news stations and featured on 3 Japanese television shows. –The Mohawk was raised for height, not looks.
