Personal Escape Systems – Anchoring and Bailout Techniques
The bails performed in this video were from a height of 8 feet with protective matting in place. While training always utilize fall arrest protection when deploying an escape systems from any elevation. This should include both a belay line and harness (ideally a full body). None of the anchoring techniques shown in this video should ever be deployed in a real life emergency without first practicing them in a safe and controlled setting. Not every technique will work in every situation. The strength, integrity and therefore safety of a specific anchor is based on many variables. Having more than one option will only increase the probability of being able to escape a hostile environment without injury. Does straightening your spine really increase height?
I read somewhere that if you do spine,lower back,back, etc stretches/exercises, it would increase your height. Does it really increase your height or does it just make you more flexible?

This is a documentary about Islam, the fastest growing religion in the world. This program observes the rites, rituals, and religious fervor of Hajj, an annual Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca (Makkah), the birthplace of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Viewers will follow an executive from suburban Malaysia, a religious radio commentator from rural South Africa and an Irish-born college professor from the United States on the spiritual journey of a lifetime. In the middle of Mecca is a great mosque called the al-Masjid al-Haram, inside is the Kaabah, the 50-foot tall, black-draped shrine that is Islam’s most revered structure. According to Islamic teachings God commanded the Prophet Abraham (peace be upon him) to raise the foundations of the Kaabah as a place for worship. Thousands of years later, after the Kaabah had become a center of pagan worship, the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) cleansed it of its many idols and rededicated it to the worship of the one God, who in Arabic is called Allah. Today, pilgrims retrace the steps of Prophet Abraham (pbuh) and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) as they perform the rites of the hajj with their fellow pilgrims.
