Is the world neutral? Is there really such a concept as: earning and deserving? ?

I am studying social dynamics and I was wondering about the concepts of “cheating” by using elevators shoes for men and breasts implants for women. My idea is that because the world is neutral and the old adage, “if you work hard you will earn a reward” is a fallacy i.e. you go to the gym dad after day only to find out your height is a problem for women, then you have worked hard and earned nothing; therefore, in a Machiavellian sense it is your duty out of self interest to get elevator shoes if you are a man because there is no ethical wrong against it and for it to be called fake is hypocrisy by those who themselves adhere to makeup, fake breasts and the hollywood lifestyle. It is simply a tool used to manipulate a superficial Society into accepting you; it is a tool of social dynamics. To earn is to deserve is not an actual reality in our society, you could be very intelligent, compassionate, and loyal however if you do not adhere to the image demanded of you by society than you have no perceived value even though you are the realist person out there in that society and because of this you must depend on falsity and cleverness to obtain that value aka height shoes, wigs, fancy suits etc…..
