Most 16-year old girls have drivers licenses. Most 16-year old girls like to go out and party. Most 16-year old girls have grown during the entire course of their lives. However, not this one. Brooke Greenberg is old enough to drive, but she is not tall enough to drive one. Fact of the matter is, she has never grown at all during her life, and doctors are wondering why.
