TTM-all stars A button challenge (TAS)
tall, tall mountain is my fav level, so i decided to make a TAS showing how to get all 7 stars at their minimal A presses. i got them in the following order -#6 with 0 presses -#1 with 2 presses-note- mario cant dive jump to the star so he has to jump in the end… -#7(100 coins) with 1 press, WR… -#3 with 1 press this isnt the WR anymore, this is… -youtube.com -#2 with 1 press -#4 with 0 presses -#5 with 1 press a total of 6 presses are needed for this stage. also, this run isnt maximised, it is ment to show how to get all these stars!

u mean while making the video? well, the emulatoe i use called mupen64 with rerecording. it has the ability to play n64 games, create savestates to correct mistakes, framebyframe recording to help with perfection, and slowdown also for perfection. if u have this program, you can change one of the hottkeys to slowdown
How did you change the gamespeed? I want to do it by myself! ; )

a needs to be held in order for mario to crazily kick up the slope
During the sideflip he holds down the A button, then presses the B button many times.
Did you try walking from the corner on to that slope you jump to? Could make a few of these zero.
That was only kicking.
Erm, didn’t you use about 15 presses jump+kicking when getting up the really tall slope after the rolling log?
