what are the best exercises to grow tall? what should I eat or drink to grow tall?? what are the medicines?

hi!..im dara!..im running 16 years old..im relatively short because both my parents are short..i really realy want to grow tall. im 4’7 in height..i want to have at least 5’3 in height..and also i know you know that height also affects when you apply for college or in work..

what are the best exercises or stretches that could help me grow tall?

what are the proper foods and drinks should i take?

what medicine?

what should i do?

please help me..thanks!!..

    Nothing…There is nothing to be done 4 you. Height is Predetermind…Genetics are something like thats…Im 5-10, which is rather average. Height

    There is nothing you can eat, no medicine, no exercise or stretches or anything else you can do to grow taller other then wait until it is your time. Patience dear.

    You will only grow as tall as what is programmed in your genes. Your relatives determine how tall you’ll be. The best thing you can do is eat healthy and stay physically healthy. Other than that, there is nothing you can do that will make you grow any taller than you’re supposed to be!

    The best that you can hope for is that you can do yoga, which makes your muscles look lean and long, and improves your posture which makes you appear taller
