Exercises To Increase Height

im a 11th grade guy in high school and am only 5’6 what are some good shoes that give you more height ex. people have told me about the nike shox. I dont want platform shoes or dress shoes i want something like street wear or casual like the nike shox any other shoes like that, and how much height do nike shox give you?
