    m going to gym pulling weights but m also doing swiming ,….i hav been doing both since 3 months now….morning i go gym..and evening i go for swiming….i ll continue swiming for another 3 months…but now i m planing to take proteins and tablets for my body…bcuz m into modeling….can dose proteins and tablets and yr yoga exercise ll increase my height?…i ll b 19 yrs in dis coming october….ll lifting weights in gym ll hider my height??

    Its not magic . If you are in the growing age and are concious of increasing your ht though your parents are shorter then you can take some extra steps to increase your ht.

    There are a few visitors who had increased their ht. I am not telling that by practising this alone u will be able to increase your ht.

    At the age of around 16 there is chance to increase . You are in growing period..
    have good protien calcium rich foods along with all other vitamins.Its all availbale in natural fruits and veg.
    your height also depends upon your parents.. thier ht.If they are shorter ,then there is more chance for you to be shorter.

    If you want to overcome this you have to do play games like basket ball,shuttle,skipping,volley ball. etc.

    Practise yoga and do some simple exercise and not GIM.

    there are many asians, most of us are very very lazy causing us to be short.
